Free Primary Schoolbooks Scheme
Primary Schools from Sept 2023
The Department of Education announced in March that there would be a Free Primary Schoolbooks Scheme in Primary Schools from September 2023 [external link with more information]. This means that your child’s schoolbooks will be FREE for this academic year. The school will source these books and they will be in your child’s classroom when the arrive in school on the 31st August.
To avoid any confusion, we will not publish book-lists this year. To be clear, you are not required to buy books for your child for this academic year.
