On Friday June 8th, the children gathered to raise our 6th flag which we had earned by working on the theme of Litter and Waste and Global citizenship.
Oisín in 2nd class did the honours, and Marie’s 2nd class sang a song that they had written for the occasion.
We are proud to have our flag finally flying, and flying along side the flag are pennants representing the 5 previous themes of Litter and Waste, Energy Savings, Water Conservation, Transport and Travel, and Biodiversity.
