We have been looking at various habitats and checking out our own school to see what habitats we already have and what we could possibly do to improve biodiversity in the school grounds. We want to build bird-houses, bug-hotels and hedgehog boxes. We want to create leaf-mould areas, green composting, continue our food waste composting, create a butterfly garden and increase our wildflower areas. We will need help from any talented parents who could help us out with ‘building’. If you can help in any way, would you be able to let Joan in the office know, and Ann Marie will get back to you with a task!
